Commercial gas services
Our gas services range from minor domestic services such as; gas leak repairs, LGSR’s and pipework installation to major industrial boiler maintenance and installation for commercial/industrial sites and plant rooms.
Domestic gas
Kelleher Group Maintenance currently provide reactive and proactive services to the M&E and Gas Industry, currently supporting over 60,000 properties through London and the South East. We have the capability to expand at a moments notice.
Electrical services
The electrical services we offer cater for both the domestic and commercial sectors. All electrical services are carried out with care and precision, upholding our reputation. All operatives are fully qualified to 18th Edition.
Water services
At Kelleher Group Maintenance we offer a range of expert services for all your internal and external water needs. Our main area of work is social housing, domestic, commercial and industrial, with communal heating systems, whereby, we repair, maintain and install both inside and outside of the buildings.
Temporary plant service
Kelleher Group Maintenance provide a temporary plant service in the event of main plant failure. We can mobilise on emergency notice to ensure that necessary back up is provided to ensure system downtime is kept to a minimum.
For every plant we offer a backup boiler in the unlikely event of failure. Our plants are armed with remote monitoring and we have newly introduced stainless steel flexible braided hose pipework as we are moving away from rubber EPDM, to ensures a reliable semi-permanent installation.
Our hire terms are based on a minimum of 4 week hire and all costs include for the following;
- Installation and gas commissioning
- De-installation
- Delivery
- Collection
Planned maintenance
Kelleher Group Maintenance provide planned and preventative maintenance and servicing of plant and associated equipment in plant rooms, including domestic hot and cold water services fed from communal plant, covering maintenance and repair of all associated parts of the domestic system equipment.
Projects include plant room upgrades and domestic heating refurbishments, working with occupied commercial premises, namely schools, for the duration of works, ensuring temporary plant is in place.
Working in commercial premises, such as schools and libraries, carrying out all compliance related works surrounding; Fire Safety, Gas, Water and Electrical.
Further, carrying out day to day reactive repairs and installations on heating and hot water plant and equipment.
