Technological advance is now more prevalent than ever. At Kelleher Group we recognise that the correct use of appropriate technology can drive the business forward. Not only does it help us as a business but also it helps our clients.
Bespoke Real-Time Mobile Data Systems
Kelleher Group’s workflow process is electronic. Job reports, appliance and LGSR data is captured on the PDA’s and relayed back into our databases. It allows us to provide real-time updates on status’s and progress of works to our team and in turn, our clients. Importantly, it allows us to react to issues quickly and efficiently keeping customer satisfaction high.
Once set up, we provide our client with a portal login to access our system. This allows the client to see live updates regarding any job logged. Another great aspect of technological advance and of our in-house system is our ability to plan and execute works requiring materials or parts.
Our system links to our stores/stock and allows engineers to see whether the materials they need to complete the job are available, if the stock is low, the stock team will be notified automatically. This allows the office staff to monitor the process without being directly involved.
Electronic Documentation and Vehicle Tracking
Kelleher Group uses a bespoke programme for the electronic transmission of job data, and all certificates. LGSR’s are supplied to our partners on disc or by daily and weekly e-mail. They can also be printed and/or downloaded from our client’s online databases.
All company vehicles are electronically tracked 24 hrs per day, allowing us to update clients and residents on the estimated time arrival.
